Working hard won't help you scale

Do these 5 things instead

Hey Amigo,

I made the least amount of money from my business when I was working the hardest.

It felt like, no matter how many hours I put in...

It wasn't paying off as much as I’d hoped.

Does that sound familiar?

If you answered 'Yes'...

Here’s the thing.

You’re probably focusing on the wrong things.

There’s this idea called the 80/20 Rule.

And it’s simple but powerful.

It says that 80% of your revenue comes from just 20% of your clients.

Crazy, right?

Most of the effort you put into your business might not even be helping you grow as much as it could.

So how do we flip the script?

Here’s the plan:

1. Figure out who’s bringing in the most money

Look at your current clients and find the 20% who are spending the most with you.

They're your goldmine.

2. Dig deeper into their needs

Understand what these clients love about your service.

What makes them stick around?

3. Give them more of what they want

Once you know what they value most.

Tailor your services to make them even happier.

4. Keep them coming back

Make sure you’ve got solid strategies in place to keep these top clients engaged long-term.

5. Focus your marketing

Now that you know who your best clients are.

Put your energy into attracting more people like them.

I tried this in the early days when my agency was struggling to grow.

And the results were staggering.

Since then...

I've been able to help dozens of other agencies and coaches scale with this simple plan.

The 80/20 Rule isn’t just a cool idea.

It’s the key to unlocking your business's real potential.

You can find how I use this alongside my client acquisition system inside my program.

If you'd like to literally steal all my agency/coaching business scaling secrets...
