What I’d Do If I Had to Rebuild My Business from $0

A coaching client recently asked me,

"Joe, if you lost everything and had to rebuild your business from scratch, what would you do?"

Great question.

And here's my exact 30-day blueprint I'd follow to get clients quickly.

Days 1-7: Clarity & Offer 

I'd choose one clear niche with a big pain point.

No fluff.

No "general services."

Mistake to avoid: trying to appeal to everyone. (I learned this the hard way!)

Days 8-14: Build Trust Fast 

I'd use LinkedIn and Twitter to showcase my expertise through consistent daily content... solving my niche’s problems for free.

Mistake to avoid: getting bogged down building fancy websites or logos.

Days 15-21: Outreach Blitz 

I'd personalize messages to warm connections and potential clients... starting conversations, not sales pitches.

Mistake to avoid: sending generic outreach and hoping for miracles.

Days 22-30: Quick Wins & Sales 

I'd offer a valuable, low-risk intro service—something irresistible—to quickly turn prospects into paying clients.

Mistake to avoid: holding out only for high-ticket clients immediately.

That's the roadmap. Simple, proven, effective.
