How a broken compass led me to $10K/Mo

A few years ago, I decided to go hiking with a friend. 

We had a map, supplies, and a trusty compass... or so we thought.

Halfway through, we realised our compass was broken, and we were completely lost in the woods.

Panic set in.

But then, we remembered the advice of an old hiker:

“When you’re lost, stay calm, find the highest point, and reassess your path.”

We did just that.

From our vantage point, we saw a clear path that led us back to safety.

When things seem chaotic, take a step back and find a new perspective.

In the world of running an agency, it’s easy to get lost in the noise.
