It was an absolute disaster!
I came across this story on Facebook about a bloke who decided to host his first ever Sunday roast for his in-laws.
Now, he wasn’t exactly Gordon Ramsay, but he thought,
“How hard can it be?”
Well, turns out, pretty damn hard.
He managed to overcook the beef, undercook the roasties, and somehow turn the Yorkshire puddings into flat, soggy pancakes.
The gravy?
Well, it was more like brown water 😂
And to top it all off, he forgot the pigs in blankets in the oven, so they ended up more like charcoal than crispy delights.
The whole thing was a catastrophe.
By the time they’d had enough of pretending to enjoy it, they were calling for a takeaway.
But here’s the kicker:
He didn’t fail because he’s hopeless in the kitchen (though that didn’t help).
He failed because he took on something big without a plan...
Without practice...
And without a little guidance from someone who knew their way around a roast.
Sound familiar?
I see this with agency owners all the time.
They try to scale their business without a clear strategy, thinking they can just wing it.
They’ve got all the right ingredients but no recipe to follow.
If you’re feeling like you’re about to serve up a disaster of your own,
Don’t wait until you’re too deep in the oven.
I’ve helped loads of agency owners go from $5K/Mo to over $20K MRR with a proven blueprint.
If you're ready to start getting clients and scaling your agency to $20K/Mo...
And let’s get you cooking up some serious results.
Signing out,
